2. Site purpose and independence
The Site provides independent educational content about developer tools, Codex CLI, Model Context Protocol (“MCP”), MCP servers, integrations, automation, security and troubleshooting. The Site is not OpenAI, Anthropic or an official support channel for any third-party product or project.
Product names and trademarks are used descriptively to identify the subject of commentary or instruction. Rights in third-party products, documentation, names, logos and marks remain with their respective owners.

Examples are provided for general educational purposes. They may require adaptation for your operating system, dependency versions, organisation policies and threat model. A command that worked when an article was published may later be changed, deprecated or made incompatible by an upstream project.
Unless a specific licence states otherwise, publication of a code snippet does not transfer ownership of third-party code or override an upstream licence. Before deploying or redistributing code, review the relevant source, licence and security implications.
7. Intellectual property
Original Site text, layout, graphics and other original materials are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. You may link to public pages and quote brief portions for commentary, reference or other legally permitted purposes with appropriate attribution. You may not reproduce, republish, sell or systematically redistribute substantial Site content without prior permission unless the law clearly permits it.
Third-party code, logos, screenshots, documentation and other materials remain subject to their own ownership and licence terms.
8. Third-party services and links
The Site may link to external documentation, repositories, packages, downloads, MCP servers, APIs or commercial services. We do not control those resources and are not responsible for their availability, security, accuracy, privacy practices, pricing or terms. A link does not automatically mean endorsement.
You should independently verify a destination, inspect code and confirm the identity of a package or repository before installing software or granting access.
9. Feedback and submissions
If you send a correction, suggestion or other non-confidential feedback, you allow us to review, reproduce and use that feedback to operate or improve the Site without payment to you. You retain ownership of material you own. Do not submit confidential information or content you are not authorised to share.
10. Site changes and availability
We may modify, suspend, remove or restrict any part of the Site at any time. We do not guarantee uninterrupted access, permanent storage of any article or continued availability of a specific feature, link or download.
